As always, the information you share with us is confidential, and will be used only to send you more information about volunteering at Headquarters Counseling Center.

Please note: Headquarters Counseling Center is located in Lawrence, Kansas. While we truly appreciate your generosity and willingness to help wherever you are, we can only work with regional volunteers (Lawrence, Kansas City, Topeka and in between). But there are some great ways to help even if you're not in the Douglas County, Kansas area:

Look for a local volunteer center (which you should be able to find in the phone book or by contacting your local United Way office); or

If you're interested specifically in helping at a crisis center, go to the American Association of Suicidology (www.suicidology.org) and use the “Crisis Centers” link to find a local crisis center.
